If you would like to return product for any reason, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and send the product back within 20 days of delivery. We will refund the amount of the original total cost minus shipping charge.
All items must be returned in the original condition.
Sorry, custom order items (lamps and signs) and sale items are not refundable.
WARRANTY
Shimo Kobo provides one year warranty for light fixtures.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Due to the delicate nature of some of our products, a product could arrive with some damage. If you received a damaged product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and send the product back with in 20 days of delivery. We will replace the product and pay for return shipping charge.
